Try your purchase on in the comfort of your own home and let us know straightaway if you’d like a different size or a return and we’ll collect from your home, work or an alternative address.
You have 15 days from receiving your order to:
- Create your exchange or return in your IVORIS account
- Book your complimentary collection
- Items must be returned to us unused with all Ivoris tags and designer labels still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to you.
Need A Different Size?
There’s no cost to exchange your purchase, If you wish to try another style, simply return it for a store credit refund and purchase the new item separately.
To help you choose the perfect fit the next time, please refer to our size specifications chart before purchasing for choosing the correct size as per your requirement. This helps to reduce the impact on our environment and makes your shopping experience even more hassle-free.
Returning a purchase?
Please take care when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.
Returns Pick Up We are pleased to offer a free returns collection service to all customers for any purchases that meet our Returns Policy.
We recommend that you book your return pick-up within 7 days of your delivery date to ensure that it arrives at the relevant location within 15 days.
You have 15 days from the date you received your order to follow the below steps:
- Sign in to your account and under My Orders, select the order number containing the item(s) you would like to
return. - Click on the “CREATE EXCHANGE/RETURN” button and choose the reason for return. If you’d like an
exchange, select your preferred size. - Check the box to agree with our Return Policy. We’ll then send you an email with your return instructions.
- Sign the returns proforma invoice included in the box with your order. Make sure you leave your package open so
the contents can be checked.
If packages are lost and not scanned as delivered, we can place a claim on your behalf with the carrier. We ask that any claims are made within 3 days of the expected delivery date.
Replacement or refunds will be processed after the carrier has investigated the claim which can take up to 7 days.
Damaged and Defective Items: In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or is defective, you may return the item for a full refund or replacement depending on inventory, as long as Customer Service is notified within 1-3 days after receiving your order.
Returns will be processed within 3-5 business days after receipt. Refunds should appear in your account within 3-7 business days after quality inspections and repackaging.
We reserve the right to refuse any merchandise that does not meet our return requirements.
Ivoris is not responsible for personal or non-Ivoris items returned to our warehouse. We recommend carefully packaging your return and ensuring you are only returning Ivoris products.
Items not eligible for returns
The following items are not eligible for returns, except in the case the product(s) was received as damaged/defective/incorrect.

- Accessories (Including Belts, Caps & Hats, Scarves,Winter Accessories
- Item(s) bought on discount/sale/promotions.
